Li Xiaowen, Ph.D. (Postdoctoral), is a doctoral supervisor, a professor at Liaocheng University, the head of the Innovation Team for Swine Infectious Disease Prevention and control, the executive chairman and president of Qingdao Hebang Agriculture, and a leading talent in Shandong Province's Taishan industry. Social part-time positions include: Member of the Fourth National Animal Health Standardization Committee, Industry Professor of Jiangsu Province, member of the expert group of Shandong Animal Husbandry Association and Veterinary Association, etc. The main research focuses on the fields of animal biosecurity and disease prevention and control. Having worked in enterprises engaged in pig breeding, disease prevention and control, and biosecurity for many years, I have held positions such as the Chief veterinarian of the pig industry, General Manager of the Health Management Department, and Vice President of the Pig Research Institute at New Hope Liuhe Co., LTD. The research directions focus on the prevention, control, purification and economic disease control of important pig diseases (ASF, PRRS, PED, CSF, PR), precise diagnosis and early intervention of pig group diseases, interaction and evolution between animal pathogenic microorganisms and hosts, etc. He has successively presided over sub-projects of the major project of "Science and Technology Innovation 2030" of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the special project of Efficient Production and Disease Purification of Large-scale Pig Farms under the Central Guidance for Local Innovation Fund, and the special project of African Swine Fever under the National Key Research and Development Program. He has participated in drafting and formulating industry standards such as the "Technical Guidelines for African Swine Fever Prevention and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs" and "Technology for Resuming Production in Farms Infected with African Swine Fever" on multiple occasions. The project "Key Technologies and Applications for Monitoring and Prevention of Important Diseases in Pig Herds" won the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology Industrialization in 2024. The "Regulalized Prevention and Control Technology for African Swine Fever" was awarded the 2021 Major New Technology for Promotion in Agriculture and Rural Areas, and the research on porcine Epidemic Diarrhea (PED) won the 2018 Leman China "Morrison Science Practice Award", etc. As the first or corresponding author, more than 20 SCI papers have been published, 2 monographs have been published, 25 patents and over 10 software Copyrights have been authorized, and one new veterinary drug certificate of Class III has been approved.
